Erin was great as my mortgage broker. She guided me through the process very well and when my deal to buy a house started to hit snags, and the closing date kept being changed, even past the end date of my mortgage agreement, she was able to negotiate with the lender to extend the end date while maintaining my original mortgage rate. As it happens, the deal to buy that house eventually fell through (because of negligence on the part of the seller and his real estate agent). When I was then forced to find a new home to buy on very short notice, Erin was able to secure me a new mortgage for the new property very quickly and at a very reasonable rate given current circumstances.

You're knowledgeable and give great direction which made sure that I was able to borrow an amount is going to help me achieve all my goals for my home.
