Employee Spotlight: Kandis Haas
Meet Kandis Haas, a Mortgage Agent and Business Partner at Mortgages By Erin. Kandis began working with me nearly four years ago and continues to have a bright future ahead.
It’s tough to put into words Kandis’s importance, but the reason I’m featuring her on my blog this month is to showcase my appreciation for her efforts. Kandis has quite the reputation amongst employees who know her as well as among my clients.
As a fully licensed mortgage agent, Kandis assists with underwriting, reviewing documents, meetings with clients, and communicating with lender partners.
What sets Kandis apart from others is that she is an incredibly positive and caring individual. She treats every client as though they were her family, and is great at instilling trust and confidence with new clients. She takes the time to listen to clients, understands their needs, and provides them with friendly and honest advice. Clients appreciate her warmth and personal approach as well as her bubbly, friendly personality.
One of Kandis’s strengths is the way she communicates with clients. She is great at describing the Mortgage Process, what to expect, the next steps, and more. She’s also phenomenal in breaking things down so that they are easily digestible by the borrower, which is especially helpful for First Time Home Buyers who are new to the whole situation.
What I admire most about Kandis is that she is extremely hard-working, always eager to learn, and constantly looking for new ways to improve the business. She’s also helped grow the business by bringing in clients of her own.
Kandis has become an integral part of my business. Her warm nature is well received by clients and certainly plays a role in the business’ successes.
