As first-time home buyers on a new build, the entire process was new, scary, and frustrating given all the unknowns and last-minute information we got from the developers and lawyers. Luckily, we were referred to Erin by one of our friends, and she made the entire process better. As soon as we contacted Erin, we got a clear direction on what documents we will need for our mortgage, how much financing we can afford, and the tentative rates. After we sent her the preliminary information and documents she requested, we immediately got back pre-approvals and rate holds from different lenders. In between the pre-approvals and the actual closing, we had tons of questions, some of them that were not even related to our mortgage, and Erin was always available to listen to us and offer sound and solid advice if it was within her area of expertise. When we needed some handholding, Erin was there to help us navigate the process with patience and kindness. Once we went through the actual closing, everything went smooth and easy.
